At M1Media, our commitment to our customers is that our job is not complete until you are completely satisfied. And we stand behind our work with our 30-Day Guarantee!
M1Media guarantees all work provided to be free of defects for thirty 30 days from the date of service. If the same software problem occurs or if any hardware installed or sold by us fails, we will diagnose, repair, and/or replace it at no additional charge.
There are some important exceptions to this policy:
* If any additional repairs are required that are not part of the original repair, those will be billed at regular rates.
* If the original repair was a malware removal (virus or spyware), a re-infection will not be covered.

Our 30 Day Warrantee
Please note, this does not cover:
- Computers without an updated virus scanner running at all times.
- Computers without an updated operating system.
- Computers without an updated firewall running at all times.
- Situations were the client disregards the technicians safety precautions.
- Problems which could not have been fixed and / or caused by the original technical work preformed.
Our standard warranty on all computers (laptops & Desktops) is 30 days for parts and 60 days for labor.
Should any part of the system hardware fail within the Warrantee period the customer is responsible for bringing or mailing the computer in for service before the warrantee is expired or customer will be billed in full for any repairs done.
M1Media does not warranty any software problems. If you install any piece of software or change any configuration that adversely impacts your system or its performance, we will try to help you to uninstall the software. However, M1Media will not be responsible for any shipping fee involved, if the situation requires the system to be shipped back to us for repair.
The computer is required to be on a surge protector at all times for your computer to be under warranty.
Over clocking Policy
If the customer attempts to over clock any component including, but not limited to CPUs, video cards, etc, they will have voided the warranty on that product from the manufacturer and with M1Media. We cannot warranty any component that has been run over frequency without our consent and we are not responsible for any damage that might occur.
CPU / Memory / Motherboard Policy
CPU, memory and motherboard products cannot be returned for any reason, only replaced.
Monitors, Speakers, and External Peripherals
If we send you a DOA (dead on arrival) monitor, speaker, or external device, we will cover the shipping for UPS Ground to send it back to us and send you a new one at our cost. However, if the hardware returned to us functions properly, we may charge a 15% restocking fee. For any defective problems on monitors, speakers, external drives after 30 days from the invoice date, the customer has to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty replacement or repair.
Components Warranty (Non System)
For any DOA (dead on arrival) parts, M1Media will send a replacement part as soon as M1Media receives the defective component. For all other defects found after the first 30 days and within the first year of the invoice date (second or third year for extended warranties), the customer is responsible for the shipping and insurance of the part sent to M1Media for replacement. The defective part will be sent to the manufacturer for replacement. M1Media will ship the replacement part at its expense via UPS Ground service. In some cases we may have you send the replacement part directly to the manufacture for replacement or advanced replacement.
Return Policy
Our return policy for non-defective components is within 7 days after the invoice date. All returns must be accompanied with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call or email M1Media for an RMA number. Systems are non-returnable for any reason except for when it has been deemed they have been severely damaged by a shipping courier.
Exclusion of Certain Computer-Related Losses.
M1Media is not responsible and will not pay for loss (“loss”) or damage caused directly or indirectly by the following. Such loss (“loss”) or damage is excluded regardless of any other cause or even that contributes concurrently or in any sequence to the loss (“loss”) or damage.
1.The failure, malfunction or inadequacy of:
a. Any of the following, whether belonging to any insured or to others:
(1) Computer hardware, including microprocessors;
(2) Computer application software;
(3) Computer operating systems and related software:
(4) Computer networks:
(5) Microprocessors (computer chips) not part of any computer system; or
(6) Any other computerized or electronic equipment components; or
b. Any other products, and any services, data or functions that directly or indirectly use or rely upon, in any manner, any of the items listed in Paragraph A.1.a or this document due to the inability to correctly recognize, process, distinguish, interpret or accept one or more dates or times. An example is the inability of computer software to recognize the year 2000.
2.Any advise, consultation, design, evaluation, inspection, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement or supervision provided or done by you or for you to determine, rectify or test for, any potential or actual problems described in Paragraph A.1. of this document.
You can return the computer for a refund within 7 days after your receipt of the computer if you disagree with the computer warranty and the exclusion of certain computer-related losses. By keeping the computer beyond the 7 days you are accepting these terms.
